Place magnetic dots at Point D, located in the center of the back of the head in a large hollow under the base of the skull, to relieve pain in the eyes, ears, nose, and throat, as well as mental problems, headaches, vertigo, and stiff necks.

Place magnetic dots at Point E, located below the base of the skull, in the hollow between the two vertical neck muscles, to relieve arthritis, headaches (including migraines), dizziness, stiff neck, neck pain, neuromotor coordination problems, eyestrain, and irritability .

Place magnetic dots at Point F, located one-half inch below the base of the skull, on the ropy muscles one-half inch outward from the spine, to relieve stress, burnout, exhaustion, insomnia, heaviness in the head, eyestrain, stiff necks, and sore throats.

Place magnetic dots at Point G, located in the webbing between the thumb and index finger, at the highest spot of the muscle that protrudes when the thumb and index finger are brought close together, to relieve frontal headaches, toothaches, shoulder pain, and labor pain.
